Adriana is an Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing in Early Childhood Education and School Administration, and a Master’s degree in Psycho-pedagogy. For almost 30 years, she has dedicated her career to transforming the lives of children, not only as a teacher and head of department but also as a daycare owner and by guiding daycare operators in developing childcare-focused curriculum tailored to their communities.

Her most remarkable contribution is the creation of the Learning Cycle Curriculum Framework—an inspiring and innovative approach that empowers educators to go beyond traditional methods, nurturing children’s creativity, confidence, and compassion while ensuring meaningful, cyclical learning experiences. This groundbreaking framework has positioned Adriana as a thought leader in the field of early education.

Her passion for education started early, through volunteer work in under-resourced communities, and continues today with the same heartfelt commitment. As a mother of three, Adriana embraces the daily mission of shaping a better world—one filled with respect, kindness, and opportunity for every child.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, she brings a global perspective to her work and community. Carolina is an Early Childhood Educator and a graduate of the Montessori Training Centre of British Columbia. She has over 20 years of experience running her own successful business and also holds an MBA in Marketing. Being a mother of four, combined with her professional expertise, inspired her through Childcare Consulting Solutions to help and guide daycare owners and future daycare owners in building strong foundations, streamlining operations, and achieving long-term success in the childcare field.

With her extensive expertise in the administrative aspects of childcare operations, Carolina has been instrumental in guiding us to prepare for growth in a healthy, sustainable, and professional way. Through her dedication to sharing best practices and her commitment to excellence, she has ensured that we are equipped with strong foundations in administration and organizational management.
